Principal Solicitor - Hamaad Khalid
Hamaad brings extensive Scottish real estate experience to every case. Formerly a Partner at an international law firm, he advises on leasing, investment acquisitions and disposals, new developments, and portfolio management.
He has acted for national retailers and investors – from negotiating leases for major franchise groups to managing the entire Scottish property portfolio of a leading convenience store chain. In previous roles, he led a team handling dozens of commercial property deals worth over £10 million a year.
